Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is a complete system providing flexibility for builders to choose blocks or panel for building construction.
Panels are produced with thicknesses from 10 to 37.5 Cm. Similarly to blocks, the autoclave aerated concrete has a density of 500 Kg/m3, and the reinforcement is varied with respect to application and size of panels.
Blow picture shows a 20 Cm thick panel produced by Parin Beton Amood reinforced with two layers of steel meshes.
Parin Beton Amood’s Panels are produced with and without tong and grooves. They are glued together with Parin Beton Amood’s thin bed mortar (Block Adhesive). Panels are secured and connected to columns with the flexible tie fasteners (figure below).

There are lifting hooks installed in each panel for installation
Panels displacement and installation are easily done with the aid of installed hooks. Smooth and accurate dimensions of the panels provide a plumb and smooth surface for wall.
